I’m a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist practicing in London, Ontario. I have over a decade of experience facilitating support in hospital and community-based mental health settings. I draw upon an eclectic integration of evidence-based therapeutic interventions along with my own lived experiences to help individuals heal from various mental health concerns. My work with clients is collaborative, depth-oriented, and relational, focusing on supporting the psychological growth of individuals and couples throughout the therapeutic process. I completed an Honors undergraduate degree at Western University in Biology and Psychology, and a Master of Social Work (MSW) at Wilfrid Laurier University where I currently teach part-time within the undergraduate and graduate programs at the Faculty of Social Work. I am also in my final months of PhD studies, writing a dissertation with a research focus on traumatic loss.
